Android Tablet: Toshiba officially announced AT300

Toshiba announced the launch of new Toshiba AT300, tablet running Android Ice Cream Sandwich and display 10.1-inch wide. With thickness of only 8.95 mm, Toshiba Tablet AT300 offers wide selection of ports and interfaces, including WLAN, Bluetooth 3.0, Micro-USB and Micro HDMI. The internal memory depending on the version can be up to 64 GB and can be extended with external USB hard disk or SD card. Using preloaded application, users can easily access services, offerings for Toshiba Places. There will also versions of the Toshiba AT300 equipped with 3G connectivity.

The Toshiba Tablet AT300 is equipped with quad core processor NVIDIA Tegra 3 optimized for multitasking, Web browsing and gaming on mobile devices. The tablet features a reproduction of video images with light. To this is added sound quality of stereo speakers, capable of supporting the wide surround effect through optimization SRS WOW from SRS Labs HDxTM. The tablet is also equipped with rear camera 5 mega pixel cameras with LED flash and a front lens 2 mega pixel camera for capturing photos, video and chat more comfortably.

Weighing just 590 grams and thickness of 8.95 mm, Toshiba Tablet AT300 is powered by a battery that provides up to 10 hours1 of video playback before needing to be recharged.
