Ascend G330: New Huawei Smartphone with Android 4.0 ICS

Huawei presented with the Ascend G330 a smartphone with 4 inch touchscreen. It comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and has 4 GB of flash memory.

Served is the Huawei Ascend G330 via a 4-inch TFT touch screen which provides a resolution of 840 x 480 pixels. Gives a scratch-resistant display it here. The phone features a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED light in order to make photo and video recording. For video conferencing is a 0.3-megapixel camera ready on the front page.

The dual-core processor, the Ascend G330 runs at a clock speed of 1 GHz and 512 MB RAM are available. The internal flash memory is 4 GB in size, and there is a slot for micro SD cards that may be up to 32 GB in size.

The smartphone works in UMTS networks at 900 MHz and 2100 MHz and on all four GSM networks. It also has GPRS, EDGE and HSPA with up to 7.2 Mbit / s and 5.76 Mbit / s upload. The Smartphone supports single-band WLAN 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1. Other features include a GPS receiver, an FM radio and a 3.5-mm headphone jack.

On the Ascend G330 runs Android 4.0.x Ice Cream Sandwich. Whether it will get an update to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, Huawei under investigation. So far, the manufacturer has a jelly bean update announced for the Ascend D1 Quad XL.

Ascend G330 is in a 122.5 x 62.6 x 11 mm package, and weighs 130 grams up to 5 hours of talk time, the battery will create a single charge. Whether this applies to the UMTS or GSM operation, is open. In standby mode, the battery will hold about 14 days.
