Android 4.1.2 now available for the Galaxy Nexus

Android 4.1.2
Earlier this month launched Android 4.1.2 for the Nexus 7. The update did not quite big changes with it, in addition to stability and performance improvements and the ability to the home screen in landscape mode.

Just got my Galaxy Nexus within the message to update to Android 4.1.2

Android 4.1.2
the most noticeable change was the landscape mode for the home screen should be. If you have the Galaxy Nexus in the fixed length, you will automatically switch to landscape mode and thus be correctly displayed. Previously, the home screen can only be used in portrait mode. But what I try, the start screen of my Galaxy Nexus will not rotate when I tilt the phone. We love to hear what you have found. There are also stability and performance improvements in Android 4.1.2 but I have not experienced as such because the update just installed.

Availability
The firmware update is available OTA. There would be a message in your notification bar should be displayed. You see this message does not? Then you can update accelerate emptying the cache of Google Services Framework and then re-check for the update. You do this by going to Settings> Apps> All> Google Services Framework to go here and click 'Clear data' button. You loose any settings or other data. Then go to Settings> about phone> System updates and the update would be on your screen should appear. After installation you Galaxy Nexus run on the latest version of Android, Jellybean.
