Nikon Camera Coolpix S800 comes with Android

According to rumors site Nikon rumors camera maker Nikon will come with a camera that runs on Android. We heard in March, though rumor that Samsung was planning one of its cameras can be fitted with Android, but Nikon would be the Korean company ever to be.

Nikon Coolpix S800
an Indonesian telecoms regulator confirms the product name of what ever could be an Android Camera: Coolpix S800. That it is an Android camera goes on that page is not clear.

Nikon rumors give a list of possible specifications. It says that there is probably a 5-250 mm lens on the device, a 3.5 inch OLED display and the unit has built-in GPS and Wifi connection. The device would run on Android 2.3 and would have access to Google applications from the Play Store.

Availability
There is also virtually nothing known about the device, but possible, the unit announced at Photokina photography fair. This is the end of this month in Cologne.

We are very curious about the combination of camera and android. Normally we see a reverse combination: Android with a camera. Conversely, the best ever work well, but Word feud play on your camera seems sometimes less successful.
