Spotify updates their app for Android to offer its radio service

Spotify continues to grow and improve its service on mobile platforms. This time is the turn of Android, where Spotify has updated its application to allow users to enjoy their personalized radio service. Users with premium accounts can create stations artists, album or play list on your Android phone with this update.

The music service streaming consolidates steadily. Spotify is growing and an example of this is that it has 15 million active users, of which 4 million are extra, as the CEO of Spotify in the U.S., Ken Parks.

To continue this growth path, the company is betting on introducing new possibilities to improve their service experience. The latest development comes through the Spotify application for Android, which is updated to receive the radio feature of the company.

This new option, already available in IOS will allow users to "create stations based on artist, album or play list you want," as explained from Spotify. This is a new way to enjoy and find new content, allowing the system take care of loading the songs based on the selected parameters. The goal is to find new music that can be appreciated by the users.

As a prominent feature, users can indicate whether they have heard the song on your radio has been to their liking, making the stations more suited to the tastes of each user. To do so, the Spotify app for Android has two icons; one with thumbs up and one down, it will be easy for users to express their opinion.

This new option lets you create an unlimited number of stations and users to save on your play list the songs that I liked. Those interested can now update or download Spotify for Android from Google Play.
